1. Dental impression tray for one-step final Impression & jaw relation taking

(1) and (2) simultaneously proceed at once*

(1) Obtain final impression after tray alteration and border molding

(2) Jaw relation taking - Vertical dimension & Centric relation

* Omit the production of individual trays, occlusal wax rim

* Number of patient visits can be reduced from 5 to 3 times (could be reduced to two times in some cases / simplified the workflow)

2. Digital/Analog solution

Analog denture can be produced in the traditional way after final impressions and jaw relation taking with JB Tray
Digital dentures can be produced using intra-oral scanner or model scanner (2-visits denture is also possible)
Occlusal plane, locational information of upper lip and maxillary anterior teeth can be transmitted to the dental technician using POP bow system together.

Instructions

[Application of maxilla]

① Tray softening

- 70℃~75℃ temperature is standard, it takes about 1 minute

② Border molding & shaping of tray

- working time is over 2 min, and if necessary, you can repeat this procedure

③ Apply tray adhesive and impression material for final impression

[Tip] POP bow can be attached on tray handle, or handle can be removed.*

*If the both jaws’ impression has to be taken at the same time, the handle can be removed for free movement of lips and facial feature evaluation.

[Application of mandible]

① Tray softening

- 70℃~75℃ temperature is standard, it takes about 1 minute

② Border molding & shaping of tray

- working time is over 2 min, and if necessary, you can repeat this procedure

③ Vertical dimension(VD) decision by adjustment of Vertical dimension rods

④ Apply tray adhesive and impression material for final impression*

*Closed-mouth impression technique

⑤ Centric relation recording with bite registration material (silicone impression material or wax)

[Tip] In the rest position, attach the POP bow to the lower border of the upper lip. Information of occlusal plane, upper lip and anterior teeth position can be transmitted to dental technician.
