Wrap the device in a sterilization pouch or sterilization wrap and sterilize it. (Steam sterilization: sterilize at 134°C for a minimum of 5 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of drying.)
Ensure that the instruments do not come into contact with each other during sterilization and drying.
